Dr. Odiri Oginni is currently the MD/CEO at United Capital Asset Management Limited. She has over 12 years’ relevant experience in the financial services sector in the areas of audit and compliance, portfolio management, financial analyses and reporting enhancements, tax and regulatory management, strategy and investor relations, treasury and cash flow management, business process automation, capital raising (equity and debt), budget preparation and analysis, corporate rating management and finance team training and development.

Adedunke Bode-Aribisala is the Director, Sales Operations at United Capital Asset Management Limited, with over 27 years of experience in financial services spanning operations, finance, relationship management, investment advisory, and sales leadership. She brings extensive expertise in collective investment schemes, portfolio management, client relationship management, and business development.

Throughout her career, Adedunke has built a strong track record of driving operational excellence and delivering client-focused investment solutions. She began her career in finance and operations, rising to the role of Chief Operations Officer/Head of Operations, where she oversaw financial management, operational efficiency, fund administration, and client advisory functions. She later transitioned into sales and relationship management, where she has spent over 16 years helping individuals and institutions achieve their investment objectives through tailored wealth management solutions.

In her current role, Adedunke leads the Sales Operations function, supporting business growth through effective sales enablement, operational efficiency, and exceptional client service while contributing to the continued expansion of United Capital Asset Management's investment offerings.

She holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo, a Diploma in Financial Management from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and is an alumna of the Senior Management Programme at Lagos Business School. She is passionate about mentoring others and advancing educational opportunities for the girl child.

Similola Igbinoba is the Head of Institutional & HNI Sales at United Capital Asset Management, with over 19 years of experience across private banking, institutional sales, investment advisory, portfolio management, relationship management, and business development. She is an accomplished financial services professional with expertise in delivering tailored wealth and investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), institutional investors, and corporate clients.

Throughout her career, Similola has built a strong track record of driving revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and expanding investment opportunities. She oversees portfolios valued at billions of naira and is recognised for identifying emerging market opportunities, developing client-focused investment solutions, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Prior to joining United Capital, she served as Head of Institutional and Retail Sales at Nova Merchant Bank. She also held senior roles at Coronation Merchant Bank and Associated Discount House, where she gained extensive experience in treasury, corporate banking, wealth management, portfolio management, and business development.

Similola holds an MBA in Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School, United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Science degree from Ambrose Alli University, and has completed the Executive Programme in Business Analytics at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. She is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Credit Administration (FNICA) and an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM).

Adedayo Durojaiye, MNIM is the Head of Retail and Mutual Fund Sales at United Capital Asset Management, with over 14 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, relationship management, and business development. He has built a distinguished career advising high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients on investment strategies, portfolio management, and long-term wealth creation.

In his current role, Adedayo leads the retail and mutual fund sales business, driving asset growth, expanding investor participation, and delivering tailored investment solutions that align with clients' financial objectives and risk profiles. He also contributes to product development across fixed income, equities, retirement planning, and other investment offerings, helping to strengthen the firm's value proposition in a dynamic market.

Before joining United Capital Asset Management, Adedayo held leadership and client-facing roles at Coronation Asset Management, FBNQuest Asset Management, FBN Capital, Mansard Insurance, and Legrande Engineering Services. During his career, he has contributed to the management of over US$300 million in discretionary portfolios and played a key role in growing assets under management from ₦3 billion to over ₦300 billion.

Adedayo holds an MBA from Nexford University, a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science from Redeemer's University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from OTHM UK. He has also completed executive programmes at Lagos Business School and is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).

Doris Michael-Obi is the Head of Business Development, Asset Management at United Capital Plc, with over 18 years of experience across asset management, investment services, corporate banking, commercial banking, SME finance, and relationship management. She is an accomplished financial services executive with expertise in business development, investment solutions, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management.

Throughout her career, Doris has built a strong track record of developing and executing growth strategies, mobilising institutional and corporate investments, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across Nigeria's financial services industry. She has also led cross-functional teams, structured complex financing solutions, managed strategic partnerships, and driven business transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining her current role, she held positions at Access Bank Plc, and Diamond Bank Plc, where she contributed to strategic initiatives that increased assets under management, expanded SME access to finance, structured multimillion-dollar financing transactions, and strengthened client portfolios across corporate, commercial, and institutional segments.

Doris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Chartered Banker. She is passionate about developing sustainable financial solutions, fostering client success, and contributing to the advancement of Nigeria's financial services industry.

Oluwaseun Magreola is the Head of Portfolio Management at United Capital Asset Management Limited, with over a decade of experience spanning private equity, investment banking, asset management, treasury, investment research, and fixed income, currencies, and commodities markets. He is an accomplished investment professional with expertise in portfolio management, investment strategy, deal structuring, and capital markets.

Throughout his career, Oluwaseun has built a strong track record in investment management and capital market transactions. Prior to joining United Capital, he held portfolio management and investment leadership roles at STL Asset Management Limited, Meristem Wealth Management Limited, FBNQuest Asset Management Limited, and FBN Capital Limited.

During this time, he co-managed SEC-registered mutual funds and a broad range of discretionary portfolios, while also contributing to syndicated debt, equity, and mezzanine financing transactions across multiple sectors.

Oluwaseun holds a National Diploma in Accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Lagos. He also holds a Professional Certification in Leadership and Organisational Development from Lagos Business School and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a professional student member of ACCA (UK), and a SEC Sponsored Individual.
