- Funds are open-ended
- Memorandum listing on The Nigerian Stock Exchange
- Minimum investment – ₦10,000 and $1,000
- Separate statutory reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission
- Separate accounting/auditing of the funds
- Daily valuation to determine the Bid/Offer Price for Entry/Exit
- Redemption between 24 hours for Naira-denominated funds and 3-5 business days for dollar-denominated investments
- Re-Investment of dividend at the unit holder's discretion
