Please ensure that the following documents are provided and uploaded: 

  • A current utility bill not older than 3 months.
  • A valid ID card (International Passport, Driver’s License or NIN) and Passport Photograph.
  • An electronic signature 

Also, note that applications will not be processed if the utility bill is outdated or the ID card is expired. Additionally, ensure that all uploaded images are clear and adhere to the supported file formats: PNG, JPEG, or PDF, with each document being less than 1MB in size.
