Please ensure that the following documents are provided and uploaded:

• Account Opening Agreement
• Subscription Form
• A KYC form
• A copy of the company’s articles of association
• An extract from the Commercial Register
• A copy of the powers of attorney and a photocopy of an identity document for each signatory (national identity card or passport)
• Two recent passport-sized photographs of each designated signatory
• A specimen signature
• A utility bill (electricity or water) in the company’s name, or, failing that, a lease agreement.
• A company bank account identification statement – optional

Also, note that applications will not be processed if the utility bill is outdated or the ID card is expired. Additionally, ensure that all uploaded images are clear and adhere to the supported file formats: PNG, JPEG, JPG or PDF, with each document being less than 2MB in size.
