Widely known as a transformation specialist, Ashade has driven hyper-growth and inspired organizational change since becoming Group CEO in 2018. Under his leadership, United Capital\u2019s revenue has surged by over 400%, profitability has grown by 180%, and shareholders\u2019 funds has increased by 473%. Notably, the Group\u2019s Funds Under Management soared by 1,353%, from \u20a675.68 billion in 2018 to \u20a61.10 trillion by December 2023. Through his visionary leadership, United Capital expanded from four subsidiaries to seven profitable businesses, with regional offices across Nigeria and West Africa. His vision has firmly positioned United Capital Group as a key player in Africa\u2019s financial services industry.<\/p>\n
